Zuccherificio

Feasibility study for the reconversion of a former sugar factory, built in the early XX century and active up until the late 60s. The industrial artifact with a footprint of roughly 1600 sqm, is built in terracotta from the Veneto region. The project provides different scenarios for the reuse of the spaces, including activities pertaining to the commercial, hospitality and tertiary sectors. The aim is that of identifying the best investment project for the client.
